Job summary
The position of Regulatory Compliance Specialist involves leading AML and fraud analysts, conducting regular performance reviews, identifying training needs, managing investigation workflows, monitoring team performance metrics.
- Lead coach and develop AML fraud analysts to meet productivity quality SLA targets
- Conduct regular one-on-ones performance reviews feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Identify training needs partner with QC Training SMEs to close skill gaps
