+We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Construction Bookkeeper to join our remote team.<+br/+You'll ensure accuracy in our financial records, support leadership with timely reports, and help keep projects on track.+<+br/+Our small but ambitious construction firm values craftsmanship, transparency, and trust--and your precision will help uphold those standards in every invoice,+report,+and reconciliation.++Responsibilities
+Maintain complete and accurate financial records for day-to-day transactions including expenses,+invoices,+receipts,+and payroll.+Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts weekly,+investigating and resolving any discrepancies within three business days.+Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports (P&L,+balance sheet,and cash flow) by the 5th business day each month,+providing leadership with clear visibility into performance.++Qualifications
