    About the Role

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and digital marketing execution.

    The ideal candidate will help expand the client base, manage advertising campaigns, and deliver measurable marketing and revenue outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    • Prepare and issue professional client quotations and proposals.
    • Manage renewal quotations for existing licenses and subscriptions.
    • Proactively follow up on new and existing sales opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
    • Work towards and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
    • Create Sales and Purchase Orders and manage license purchases for clients (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe).

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and business objectives.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
    • Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and strategic recommendations.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across products and services.

    Digital Marketing

    • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights.
    • Continuously optimize targeting, ad copy, and campaign strategy to improve results.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with client objectives.

    Team Collaboration & Support

    • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience preparing professional quotations and proposals.
    • Excellent follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
