    Schedule:

    Monday, 6 AM to 3 PM CST (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila Time)

    Tuesday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM CST (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time)

    About the Role

    As a Data Entry Specialist, you will serve as the meticulous, organized backbone of our patient referral ecosystem. Your mission is to bridge the gap between initial referral and clinical care by ensuring that every patient's journey begins with precision and speed. You will manage high-volume data operations across multiple platforms, transforming incoming referrals into actionable clinical records. This role requires a high degree of self-motivation and a commitment to data integrity, as your work directly enables the team to provide timely care to those who need it most.

    Responsibilities:

    Referral Processing & Charting:

    • Monitor incoming patient referrals from multiple sources throughout the day
    • Access and manage referrals through various doctor portals
    • Sort and differentiate between patient referrals and medical records requests received via fax
    • Create and populate patient charts with accurate referral information
    • Link patients to referring physicians for proper tracking and scheduling

    Data Management:

    • Apply "sticky notes" to patient charts documenting physician preferences
    • Reconcile physician preferences across multiple platforms
    • Identify and resolve duplicate physician records
    • Review and delete invoices for patients not proceeding with surgery

    Communication:

    • Provide notification to providers and patients when the practice is out of network with the patient's insurance plan
    • Initiate outreach to providers and patients as needed to obtain additional required information

    Competencies and Qualifications

    • Must-Have 1-3 years of data entry, administrative, or similar experience
    • Familiarity with multiple software platforms (EMR Systems, MS Office, etc.)
    • Possess an exceptional eye for detail, consistently identifying and correcting discrepancies that others might overlook to ensure the highest standard of data integrity across all patient platforms.
    • Demonstrate sophisticated data handling skills, with the ability to logically organize complex information and ensure it is routed accurately to the appropriate clinical stakeholders.
    • A highly efficient multitasker, capable of navigating and synchronizing data across five or more distinct software platforms simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or focus
    • Ability to handle sensitive patient information, ensuring all data entry practices comply with strict privacy standards and professional ethics.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and providers
