- Schedule, coordinate, and manage recurring and ad hoc meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and ensure meetings follow structured formats
- Capture clear, action‑oriented meeting notes and track action items to completion
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports
- Support research, benchmarking, and preparation of presentations and pre‑reads
- Collect and consolidate updates, data, and inputs from cross‑functional stakeholders
- Maintain and update project tools, templates, and portfolio trackers
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for transformation initiatives, communications, and coordination activities.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in project coordination, operations support, PMO, or program administration roles.
- Strong organizational, meeting coordination, and follow‑up management skills across multiple workstreams.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for tracking, reporting, and executive-ready materials.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous information.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation, data tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting cross‑functional and US‑based stakeholders.
