Senior Operator (Import and Export)
Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database files and forms Check completed work for accuracy and correct data when necessary Comply with data integrity and security policies Provide customers with product and service information with highest quality standard Research required information using available resources Operations Creating managing orders for new shipments Creating import export FCL LCL Air forwarding jobs Sending pre-alerts manifest arrival notice forwarding instructions other documents Lodging Sea Cargo Export Customs Manifest PRA Sending documents to brokers Import Clearance EDN request Export Clearance Sending cartage advise EDO other necessary documents transport Coordinate cartage transport client Monitor customs clearance follow missing documents requirements complete clearance Send invoices clients once costing approved follow-up payment Send payment request COD payments disbursements broker port charges shipping line All email correspondence Requirements 3–4 years experience freight forwarding logistics required Preferably Licensed Customs Broker Hands-on experience import/export data entry Graduate BS Customs Administration related program Familiarity CargoWise advantage Typing speed WPM or more strong focus accuracy Detail-oriented organized multitask High computer literacy MS Office proficiency Strong English communication skills written verbal Proactive mindset stay calm pressure True team player thrives fast-paced environment Amenable work site Ortigas Pasig Araneta Cubao Amenable shift schedule
