Monday–Friday, 8 am to 11 am PST
This role supports subscription billing and accounting operations by providing accurate, timely, and thoughtful accounting assistance. The position requires the ability to understand issues, ask the right questions, and respond appropriately without detailed instruction.
The role is well suited to someone who is comfortable thinking through billing and accounting matters, communicating clearly with internal teams, and independently producing spreadsheet-based reports.
Compensation:
$8-10/hour
Subscription & Billing Support
Support day-to-day subscription and billing activities
Create, update, and maintain customer subscriptions
Provide billing and account information to internal teams
Process subscription changes and related billing updates
Respond to customer and internal billing and accounting inquiries clearly and professionally
Reporting & Ad Hoc Support
Independently prepare and maintain Excel and Google Sheets reports used by Billing and Accounting
Assist with ad hoc projects and other tasks related to billing and accounting operations, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
5+ years of accounting or billing experience, with subscription exposure preferred
Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to build and maintain reports independently
Ability to think through billing and accounting questions independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable managing priorities with minimal oversight
