    An Admin is expected to:
    • Employee bonus system/tracking/payroll
    • General reporting/data entry
    • Posting/screening and updating hiring ads
    • Scheduling interviews for MGR and then following up
    • Take part in weekly meeting (via teams),
    • Employee forms/tracking of stats
    • Tracking / Organizing Company Trainings
    • Tracking / Organizing Company Events
    • Onboarding Process with New Employees
    • Tracking and Recording Employee Write ups
    • Drivers File
    • Create/Tracking 30/60/90 for new employees.
    • Troubleshooting employee related issues
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    • 1 - 3 year admin
    • Strong computer skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • All programs , LMN, Predictive Index (hiring software) PA E Doc, Trainual Microsoft Office (+)
    • Must be willing to work onsite: Ortigas, Pasig
    • Must be willing to work GY
