    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the general supervision and direction of the Division Chief, the Administrative Officer (AO) IV is taskedto coordinate and assist in the planning and coordination of activities related to accrediting Learning Service Providers within the Academy based on required standards Review and evaluate applications, coordinating assessment teams, facilitating assessment visits, preparing assessment reports and recommending certification status Assist in preparation of audit reports Record keeping and documentation, maintaining organized files and databases, track certification statutes, andupdates records as needed Provide guidance on compliance requirements, and sharing best practices Respond to queries or concerns and Support the division's quality assurance efforts.

    Functions and Responsibilities:

    1.Coordinate and assist in the planning and coordination of activities related to accrediting Learning Service Providers within Academy based on required standards

    2.Review and evaluate applications, coordinate assessment teams, facilitate assessment visits, prepare assessment reports and recommend certification status

    3.Assists in the preparation of audit reports as required

    4.Maintains a record of necessary files and documentation, organize files and databases, track certification statutes, and updates records as needed

    5.Provide guidance on compliance requirements, and sharing best practices

    6.Respond to queries or concerns

    7.Support the division's quality assurance efforts and documents related activities, if necessary

    8.Ensures timely submission of reports to Supervisors and relevant stakeholders

    9.Collaborates and works effectively with team members within the division and across different departments or divisions within the Academy

    10.Provide support in the accreditation process of Competency-certified SWD Professionals

    11.Undertakes complete staff work and provides evaluation, technical inputs/recommendations on received documents in accordance with existing rules, policies and parameters set by the agency and

    12.Performs other tasks as may be required by the Division Chief, e.g., attends meeting, documents minutes as may be required, and represents divisions in TWGs without a technical staff.

    8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license and

    9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.

    Note:For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from public sectors, latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) is required.
