    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Expanding and maintaining the customer base while driving acquisitions of Corporate Credit Cards. This involves leveraging existing corporate clients and working closely with the Institutional Banking, Business Banking Division, and Branch Channel to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
    • sales activities and client engagements to increase new customer acquisition, emphasizing consistent quality sales calls and maintaining a strong pipeline to effectively manage sales and achieve monthly goals.
    • motivating, and supporting the Partner Channels by providing training and direction to effectively market and sell to a specific customer segment. Ensure consistent sales activities and engagements to meet goals, and provide support.
    • with key contacts within the existing client base to fulfill daily transactional requirements and address their needs.
    • as a product expert for ULC Corporate products, providing guidance and expertise to both internal teams and external clients.
    • and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the Corporate Cards Acquisition process, including identifying market trends and opportunities for product innovation.
    • industry developments and regulatory changes related to corporate payment solutions, and proactively adapting strategies and processes to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
    • Contributing to the development of training materials and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and partner channels.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven leadership abilities with at least 5 years of experience in managing corporate sales teams, preferably within the financial services sector.
    • Strong understanding of corporate finance, including commercial cards and payment solutions, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue generation.
    • Expertise in corporate transactions and negotiations, demonstrated by a track record of successful deal-making and relationship-building within the corporate sector.
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in the payment landscape, including familiarity with corporate payment solutions, industry trends, and compliance regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders and foster strategic partnerships.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines.
