Job summary
The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, services,and equipment needed for property operations and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and accredit suppliers,
contractors,and service providers for property-related needs - & process Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and supplier contracts
- Negotiate pricing,
payment terms,and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings
