- Optimize recruitment process through technology-enabled design solutions that scale
- Embed consistent application of recruitment process through user enablement and measuring adoption
- Listen/use data to identify root cause of pain-points/problem patterns and implement scalable, technology enabled solutions
- Ensure operational readiness to absorb change or go to market e.g. change in legislation or launch of a hiring drive
- Analyze/synthesize quantitative & qualitative data to create compelling insights that will help steer delivery interventions or inform problems
- Experience of working in a high-volume service delivery environment, working across multiple time zones and supporting culturally diverse stakeholders
- An orientation towards operations, with experience of structured process improvement, project management methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Experience of producing enablement assets such as Standard Operating Procedures, process flows and toolkits
- The ability to change gears on short notice to adapt to fast changing environments
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Enterprise Resource Planning tools such as an Applicant Tracking System
- Effective communicator with strong English language skills (oral and written)
- Experience of volume recruitment and associated processes is desirable
