The Client is a steadily growing, modern accounting firm supporting small to mid-sized businesses across the U.S. They are looking for a highly-skilled and reliable Tax Associate to work alongside their tax managers.+
Responsibilities
- Track tax preparation statuses - reviewing client questionnaires, gathering tax documents, reminding clients which tax documents are missing
- Prepare tax returns in UltraTax
- Tax planning support - review what quarterly tax estimates have been sent to the client and paid
- Communicate with clients via email and text
- Review monthly financials
