Job summary
We are now looking for a Tax Manager to manage and oversee all tax compliance requirements including income tax VAT withholding taxes and other statutory filings handle BIR tax audits assessments and correspondence ensure timely resolution of tax matters prepare and review tax provisions reconciliations and supporting schedules ensure compliance with PEZA BOI or other investment incentive registrations including ITH and related reporting support tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's position while maintaining compliance coordinate with external auditors consultants regulatory agencies ensure compliance with US GAAP PFRS reporting requirements monitor changes in laws assess their impact on the business provide guidance technical support finance accounting teams on related matters lead mentor manage team to operational efficiency professional development.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant CPA.
- 8–10 years experience in taxation including BIR compliance taxa audits with 3–5 years managerial role.
