Job summary
The Technical Accounting Manager is a highly skilled and strategic leader responsible for the interpretation, documentation, and application of complex global revenue recognition standards (primarily ASC 606 and IFRS 15). This role ensures strict compliance in all revenue streams and manages technical accounting aspects of client engagements or internal reporting.- Act as the firm's subject matter expert on ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and IFRS 15.
- Guide clients or internal teams through the full revenue recognition cycle: identifying distinct performance obligations, determining transaction price, allocating price, and establishing the proper timing and amount of revenue recognition.
