Job summary
The People Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various governmental regulations, such as SSS,
HDMF,
DOLE,
CDC and PHIC. This includes accurately maintaining and updating employee records,
submitting required reports , coordinating with relevant government agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management Business Administration or a related field are an advantage but not required.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on compliance employee lifecycle and administrative tasks.
