About the Role
We are looking for passionate and reliable Language Coaches to conduct online English classes for international students. This is a remote, home-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a professional teaching presence.
Responsibilities
· Conduct one-on-one and group online English classes
· Deliver engaging and structured lessons based on company materials
· Complete post-class evaluations and documentation
· Record and upload classes as required
· Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times
· Follow company teaching standards and procedures
Qualifications
· Strong English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
· Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage
· Tech-savvy with reliable internet connection
· Professional, punctual, and student-centered
· Willing to work night shift
Work Schedule
�� Monday to Friday
11:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Manila Time)
Compensation
�� PHP 200 per hour
Paid twice monthly (15th and 30th)
Referral and attendance bonuses available

�� What You'll Do
· Conduct one-on-one and small group online English classes
· Deliver structured, engaging, and goal-oriented lessons
· Follow company lesson guides and teaching standards
· Complete student evaluations after each class
· Record and upload sessions as required
· Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times

· Strong English communication skills (clear pronunciation required)
· Teaching, ESL, BPO, or tutoring experience is an advantage

Monday to Friday
11:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Manila Time)
