III. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
A. College graduate preferably with a degree in Accountancy.
B. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
C. Minimum of two (2) solid years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment preferably in a bread industry.
D. Must have a strong Cost Systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
E. Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards.
F. Ability to accurately prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
G. Computer literate – strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word.
H. Experience with SAP is a plus.

J. Team player and willing to work on extended hours if necessary.
