 Supervise and handles electrical wiring and piping installation on equipment of the plant (Water Treatment Panels and Equipment, Medium Pressure Boilers, High Pressure Boilers, Thermal Oil Pressure Boilers, Motorized Valves, Butterfly Valves, Actuators, Motors, Panelboards, Switchgears, and Dry-Type Transformers).

 Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work on mall equipment (Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, ACCU’s, Chillers, Generators, Water Pumps, Switchgears, Elevators, Escalators, Treatment Plants, Solar Panels and Solar Inverters).

 Checks and Inspects design/ construction of tenants if it is within the given criteria or parameters set by management.

 Makes Billing on Power, Water and Sewage Treatment Plant Utilization Charges on Tenants.

April 27, 2016 – March 18, 2019 - Operation and Maintenance Site Engineer of Physics Research Sales and Services Corporation which is a subcontractor of SaCaSol Power Plant (San Carlos Solar Power Plant). Barangay Punao, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.

 Monitors and operates the dispatch of the plant.

 Inspects Inverters and String Combiner Boxes, Switchgears, Substations (Potential Transformers, Current Transformers and Transformers), Generators and other electrical equipment.
