Supervised, inspected and testing commissioning of all Electrical works, ELV system, BMS, and fire alarm. Ensure implementation and compliance of project QESH requirements, preparation of Quotations and Estimates, as-built of shop drawings, attend the pre-bid meeting and check the implementation of shop drawings. 

Reviewing and commenting on contractor’s electrical submittal, method statement, materials submittal, shop drawings, RFI’s, participate throughout the testing commissioning, and handover of the systems.

Direct and coordinate construction, installation support, documents, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications requirements.

Conduct an analysis of the design of an electrical system in a commercial and residential building project and suggest a solution or possible improvement.

Verifies that materials, manufactured goods, machinery, equipment, etc. supplied to the job site are in line with projects specification and granted approvals.

Raise site issues and provide possible engineering solutions. Attend workshop meetings and discuss site concerns and possible solutions.

 Generate and reply to all correspondence related to MEP works which will include engineering inquiries/ clarifications with the consultant and coordination-related issues to subcontractors and clients Raise inspection requests to the consultant for the approval of completed works.

 Ensure that the completed works have complied with the contract specs prior to raising the inspection and closing all NCR.

Participates in workshops and progress meetings with the Consultant/ Client and other engineering design meetings, and take engineering decision on behalf of the design team. 

Ensure that the electrical drawings are in line and coordinated with other discipline design drawings of the project prior to proceeding with work and consult the Project Manager of any discrepancies for necessary corrections.

Maintaining records for daily activities on site including ensuring photos and ensuring they are readily available for inspection as and when required.

Testing and commissioning of all electrical/ELV systems, fire alarms, and BMS equipment ( PLC/instrumentation and controls )

Assist and provides necessary data/information required by the Project Manager for the preparation of reports (including, labor and supervision, plant and equipment status, site progress, amendments, delays, etc.) for submission to the Client. 

 Planned, scheduled, and organize all installation and coordination activities, inspection together with third parties consultants, the closing of all NCR, testing, and commissioning. 

Reviews Operations and Manuals, as-built drawings for completeness of documents. Person in charge of handing over the Project.

Maintenance of all electrical and elv systems. Liaising with clients and engineers to ensure projects are completed as per specifications.
