My name is ALEXANDER PERLAS ZULUETA, JR., currently residing at Village of St Jude Phase 3D, Brgy. Mayao Crossing, Lucena City. I'm actively looking for a job that will enable me to use my organizational skills, as well as my ability to work well with people. I am a quick learner and always up for challenges that will enhance my career goals.

I am working now as an HR SUPERVISOR in a retailer/distributor industry in Lucena City, Quezon Province. I was previously an HR SUPERVISOR in the Construction industry in MANILA for almost 6 years, which handled ALL HR FACETS including but not limited to the end-to-end recruitment process; Developing and administering company policies and procedures; Responsible for the strict implementation of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline. Memorandum issuances and the like. Counsel employees and managers regarding conflict resolution, and performance improvement. Conducting basic training and orientation for personality development of employees and preparing and endorsing gov't mandatory benefits and processing permits. I am also knowledgeable on DOLE mandated rules and regulations and have attended Occupational First Aid and Basic Life Support and other 8-hour Mandatory Health Seminars for Workers. With knowledge in review and creation of Risk Assessment and Opportunities.
More so, I am successfully completed the 10-hour BOSH Training for SAFETY OFFICER 1 and the 40-hour BOSH Training for SAFETY OFFICER 2 as a mandatory training requirement by various OSH legislation such as RA11058 and Rule 1030 of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) which aims to equip knowledge and skills on identifying safety, health, and environmental hazards; determining appropriate control measures, and developing and implementing OSH policies and programs.

I am Self-motivated and have the initiative to learn, with attention to detail with a high tolerance of stress, pleasant disposition, and excellent judgment skills and quickly absorb and retain new information and procedures since I used to work as a PURCHASING OFFICER for 5 years in Makati.

In addition, I have the ability to prioritize and work under pressure with minimum supervision and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and personal matters adequately which I learned during my work as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER for 2 years in Makati.
