I am a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a solid background in customer service, administrative operations, and virtual support. I recently worked at Concentrix, where I assisted Australian clients with financial concerns, managed outbound calls, and resolved issues efficiently under pressure. This role strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage client relationships, and operate CRM tools in a fast-paced environment.

Outside of customer support, I’ve developed strong administrative skills, including data management, application auditing, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Sheets. I’m also experienced in appointment setting and B2B outreach, demonstrating initiative and confidence in client engagement. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Our Lady of Fatima University, which has strengthened my communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills. Prior to this, I completed the STEM strand in Senior High School at the same university from 2021 to 2023, where I developed a strong foundation in science and technology.
