Ariel Labaclado

       A well rounded Educational Administrator who has strong leadership skills for a school to achieve excellence. I've bee a school Manager for around 1O years and had been teaching for a period of more than 10 years. I am passionate about transforming schools I manage towards a better institution where learners' progress and development into a whole rounded person as my top priority.

    Am looking for higher administration and supervisory jobs in higher academic institutions of learning.

     More than ten years of teaching high school students  in Math, English and Science.

   Five years as Head Teacher  at Calingacaguing National High School - DEPEd Leyte Division , Philippines handling both teaching, administrative and instructional supervisoryj tasks.

   Ten years as Principal with the following assignments: 1. 5 years as School Head at Sta. Cruz National High School, San Miguel, Leyte, Philippines where I steward that school as National Awardee in the Brigada Eskwela.

    2. Five years in my current assignment as Senior High School Head with concentration  in administration of the Senior High School Department  of San Miguel National High School.  Core duty is the instructional supervisoryj tasks of the Senior High School faculty.

     Finished my college degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Mathematics  at Leyte Normal University-then pursued Bachelor of Laws  at Leyte Colleges and graduated in said course.

         While in government service as Principal, pursued  graduate studies in Masters of Public Management at University of the Philippines Open University and finished it in April 2006.

     Currently had finished online certificate courses  to update my education and training: 1. Getting Grounded in Analytics    2.  Introduction to Supervision 3. Effective Leadership.  4. Environmental Awareness. 5.. Computer Programming for Educators. 6. Learning How to Code for the Web
