Scope of work

• Analyze, supervise and manage all Laboratory department activities and provide daily QC reports, Monthly QC reports, Quality KPIs, Raw material reports, NCMR, Finished product delivery reports, Supplier Complaints, and Customer complaints to the QC Manager.
• Plan, prepare and supervise laboratory test requirements relating to International standards like EN ISO and ASTM.

• Supervise all QC technicians and analyze all Quality control testing and inspection from the production line, ensuring that timely feedback is issued to the proper departments for improvement or corrective actions (CAPA).
• Ensure that the Lab technicians are following standards for safety and testing.
• Provide support to the QC department whenever a shortage of manpower occurs or an urgent requirement for the test result is needed regardless of time, weekends or holidays.
• Reviews incoming Material COA and verifies value against internal material receiving the report.
• Provides support to the QA/QC Manager and QC Engineer for the QMS audit, ensures that all QC documents are updated, available for review, and adhere to standards.
• Attain and help in the preparation for upcoming Audits / Certifications from international third-party certification groups like SKZ, NTPEP, TUV, and Al hoty.
• Provide technical support for the sales department ranging from issuance of the product compliance report, COA/MTC, New product technical specification, or Technical data sheets.
• Establish, execute, review and evaluate laboratory procedures and policies for operating functions of the laboratory.
• Facilitate the annual calibration of all QC lab instruments from suppliers or third-party groups (Ranging from Tensile machines, CBR Machines, dtex, and Tenacity machines, Crimp stability machines, MFI tester, Moisture content oven, Water permeability tester, In-plane water flow tester, pH meter, Spin finish oil pickup analyzer, Sieve shaker machine, thickness gauge, Caliper, PET viscometer, Analytical weighing balance, Floor weighing scale, Fluid loss tester)
• Perform safekeeping of all Quality Control files via hard copy and soft copy for easy backtracking during audits or certification, ranging from QC daily reports, monthly report NCMR, product development, received materials, TDS, and comparative reports.
• Analyze and suggest selected purchase equipment and monitor maintenance and service arrangement.
• Manage laboratory purchase of inventory, storage, and supplies used.
• Constant collaboration with team members to achieve target results with minimizes cost.
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
