Hi, thank you for the opportunity

I am an owner of a small internet cafe from 2007 and still am today. My duties involve installation, management, maintenance, optimization and troubleshooting of hardware and software of computers for rental.

Since covid, the cafe has been hit with a drastic decline. My computers are still up for rental but due to the low volume of customers, it is now time for me to venture a new area.

   1. manage small internet cafe business, provide support to customers, manage computers hardware, software and network
2. CSR agent at Foundever. March 2025 to present
   1. provide non-voice support to customers in a messenger-like environment. telco/ISP account
