I am fully trained and experienced at securing and protecting a company assets and liabilities for seniors. I have supervised staffs of up to four employees putting them through all the appropriate paces that ensure preventative measures for everything from fire to earthquake to slip-and-falls are in place. I see that everyone is trained and ready to act in case of unavoidable emergencies. I look for strict adherence to safety standards and conduct workshops in safety for both staff and residents at least once a year.
