• Monitors, detect, and investigate any fraudulent transaction(s) flagged by the system for Debit and Credit Card.
• Call out cardholders to verify possible fraudulent transactions to help minimize the possible fraud exposure of the bank.
• Finalized fraud cases detected to be presented to Fraud Investigation Unit.
• Verification of cardholder’s multiple change requests such as delivery address; contact information.
• Handles voice authorization approval from Bank Branches, local and international merchant acquirer, on us merchants.

Responsibilities:
• Resolve Master Card and Visa Credit card dispute cases based on Chargeback Reason Code.
• Review merchant’s documentation against cardholder’s credit card disputes.
• Ask the merchant for proper documentation if needed.
• Provide feedback to the bank if the dispute is valid or not.
