I am Chindel Lee Pauyon graduate of Bachelor of Science in Toursim major in Hotel and Resort Management. with 6 years of experience as an administrative assistant. I have developed strong organizational and communicational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
In my previous roles, I have managed schedules, coordinated meetings and events, and handled administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other project management tools.

Administrative work has always been an area of interest for me. As someone who enjoys organizing and managing tasks, I find administrative work to be a great fit. I am drawn to the challenge of ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and that all deadlines are met.
I also enjoy the variety of tasks that come with administrative work. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to organizing documents and responding to emails, there is always something to do. I find it rewarding to be able to juggle multiple tasks and to be able to prioritize them accordingly.
I am also drawn to the fact that administrative work requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As an administrative professional, I am constantly interacting with different people and am responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. I enjoy the challenge of being able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Finally, I am drawn to the fact that administrative work is constantly evolving. As technology and processes change, so do the tasks and responsibilities of an administrative professional. This keeps the job interesting and allows me to stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices.
Overall, administrative work is a great fit for me and I am excited to continue to grow and develop in this field.
