My name is Christine from Philippines. I am very much interested to apply in the open position as Data Entry specialist. I work in a BPO company for 10years. 7 years as a back office agent for an insurance company in USA. My task includes protecting patient's health information and ensuring that the claims submitted are not duplicate to avoid double payments to provider.

On the other hand, 3 years work experience is a chat support representative for a Telco account in UK. This includes general task such as accepting payments, explaining bills, changing customer's package, helping troubleshoot phone and assisting customers in all their queries about their services.
