I am Criselda, from Quezon Province. I graduated 2 years course of Hotel and Restaurant Management in Cavite. I worked in Kuwait for almost 9years in 5-star Hotel as a waitress and receptionist, in addition I worked in restaurant as Team Leader. But right now, I am a full-time mother.

When I was working in the hotel, I'm doing some office works as well, like Payroll, editing files, assisting the General Manager for their meeting, setting appointment and sending emails and filling the important documents for Banquet events.

Furthermore, working to another company is a quite difference because I was focusing more into dine-in service and encountering the different guest. I'm directly reporting to Operation Manager since i was training as Restaurant supervisor at that time. But other than that, I'm doing some paper works as well. I'm doing encoding inventories, payroll, creating schedule for the whole staffs.

I studied 2 years Course in Hotel and Restaurant Management and graduated year 2012 in Cavite State University - Rosario Campus. I attended on-the-job training in Days Hotel Tagaytay for 720hours as Kitchen helper and waitress.
