After demonstrating strong analytical and client-facing capabilities, I transitioned into the Financial and Actuarial Department, where I focused on data analysis, financial forecasting, and data management for corporate clients. This role involved direct collaboration with stakeholders, client meetings, and resolving data-related concerns with precision and professionalism.

Prior to that, I worked with ADP Philippines, managing Benefits Enrollment for clients and coordinating directly with healthcare vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.

Earlier in my career, I spent nearly five years at AIG Philippines, specializing in Claims and Benefits processing, which laid the foundation for my expertise in insurance operations and client support.
