• Overall review of the project documents (Specifications, Drawings andBOQ). Ensures     that the documents are complete and consistent with the other disciplines. Accordingly, prepares the Project Brief, to be presented to the Team for Project Orientation.
• Upon observation of incomplete documents/ discrepancies between the different drawing disciplines, the Fit-out Manager will notify the Design Manager and accordingly, prepares the RFI's/ Clarifications.
• Proper documentation/ revision of drawings (Complete with revision notes, clouds and   nos., and the reason for the change (Such as PMI, SI or RFI) for commercial substantiation support.
• Thorough review/ checking of all submittals to ensure that it complies with MCC's Standards; reflecting all necessary and latest information and in alignment with the Program.

• Prepare weekly report for your area highlighting issues and concerns as well as progress

• Review of PMI's/ RFI's and inform the team if there are variations to the original contract. Make a list of all observed changes and forward the same to the team member in-charge of the notifications/ claims process.

• Site coordination with the different trades, as well as supervision of the subcontractors to ensure that the work is in accordance with the latest approved documents.

• Reports to the project manager for any issues that may affect of is affecting site progress; conducts regular meetings with the suppliers and subcontractors until all issues are resolved.

• The preparation of the pricing of ID: Responsibility Matrix; Preliminaries, Scope of Works, Material List, Drawing List Quantifications, Program, Manpower and Equipment List, Method Statement and all other required documents for the project.

• Preparation of subcontract documents: Responsibility matrix, scope of works, BOQ, Specifications, drawings, program
