Deb Agoot (Dee)

Hey there, you have probably checked my profile that's why you're here so allow me to share a few more things about me. 

I am Debbie Agoot has a degree in bachelor of science in Physical Therapy, but I did not pursue the career after graduation due to financial constraints. This led me to try my luck in the BPO industry which open doors for me to learn and develop new skills and expertise.

I have been in the BPO industry for 6 years and affiliated with the data software company for 2 years immersed in the field of customer service with technical expertise.

I've been lucky to have such great experiences at all of my past jobs. Most of my task in the BPO company is to handle technical concerns with a specific product or service. Ask for the data and software company, most of my task includes handling client inquiries about their portfolio workflows and file monitoring to make sure it will run smoothly and on time. I also communicate directly to the vendors their account team and the internal team to monitor file arrival and delivery and some other concerns that that needs to our attention. 

I left my most recent job at Factset due to retrenchment. There was an internal restructuring which led to termination of my employment. I'm grateful for the time I’ve been with the company and respected their decision. 

I am now actively looking for employment opportunity and luckily this Company has advertised some of its job openings which my experience directly qualifies and hoping for a positive outcome.

 I am a tech savvy who do best in multitasking organizing communicating and handling technical concerns. My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed customers and client expectations with service that sells. I have assisted customers and clients with their inquiries through different platforms either technical or non-technical in nature.  I am confident that my knowledge and proficiency in handling different apps and software as well as soft skills mentioned in my profile are something I could utilize once I joined your team. 

Two of my interests outside work and family or pet keeping and mall tripping.

We have two dogs and three cats which brings light and joy to me and my family. Being with them helps me feel calm and relaxed. I also enjoy mall trips to check out some new gadgets, home accessories, or new go to cafes and restaurants. Both of these keeps me on track to remind me that i should work hard to provide the best for my loved ones and myself.
