During my internship at Ushio Philippines, Inc., I gained hands-on experience in conducting preventive maintenance on machines and swiftly addressing production maintenance needs. My proficiency in designing production tools and parts using AutoCAD allowed me to contribute to the optimization of production processes. My ability to adapt to immediate machine repair requirements showcases my problem-solving skills and commitment to ensuring seamless operations.

In my freelance virtual assistant role with One Touch PH, I honed my customer service skills by effectively responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and tracking delivery packages. This experience has enhanced my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage customer relationships in a remote environment.

My time as a content moderator at TaskUs, Inc. further sharpened my attention to detail and organizational skills. Through identifying waste, damaged products, and validating barcodes, I contributed to maintaining a smooth workflow and improving overall product quality. This role taught me the importance of meticulousness and accuracy in all tasks.

I graduated Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at FEU - Institute of Technology batch 2023.
