- Responsible for providing support, administration, design and development, and
maintenance for the ServiceNow platform implemented for the corporate enterprise.
- Designs, develops, and maintains complex ServiceNow module configurations and
services, and ServiceNow workflows.
- Automation of routine tasks through ServiceNow including design, creation, and
administration of key components such as: Forms, Workflows, Catalog Items,
- Metrics, Service Level Agreements, Reports, Dashboards.
- Load, transform, and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and other
systems.
- Verifies complex business requirements and estimates work effort required through
to implementation.
- Fulfill Service Requests assigned to the group within the scope of support.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise technical and process documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards, policies, working
methods, and tools.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow System Administrators within the
team.
