• Oversee/Supervise activities of buyers and recommend resolutions on encounter issues
• Collaborates with concerned stakeholders in resolving issues related to implementation of supply, service agreements/contracts and Purchase Order
• Evaluate veracity of RFQ’s, Award Endorsement, Purchase Order, Amendment and correspondences to supplier.
• Prepares bid documentation, issues RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, conducts pre-bid/clarification meeting, receives and analyzes bid quotations, makes recommendation and endorses to Proponent for Technical Evaluation 
• Prepares, issues, approves and endorses for approval Purchase Orders and contracts within spend threshold
• Implements appropriate sourcing strategies within spend threshold
• Monitors and ensures compliance to supply, service agreements and contracts
• Facilitates and assists in procurement process improvement initiatives as necessary
