General Function:

• Configuring Handler & Prober machine and modifying parameters for production
• Perform technical duties related to the repair and maintenance of testing
• Assess equipment condition during breakdown/malfunction using established troubleshooting procedures to determine the cause of such problems and make necessary repairs. 
• Seek ways to modify or upgrade equipment in order to enhance machine productivity and make necessary recommendations to immediate superiors. 
• Perform product failure analysis and evaluation on low yield lots to determine if device or hardware issue.

          General Function:

• Perform engineering verification and data gathering for lots yielding at final test and wafer sorting for customer’s reference
• Will be able to use Teradyne and Advantest debugging tools such as Shmoo Tool, Error Map, Timing Diagram, Pin Margin Test, and other related tools essential to device test characteristics and analysis
• Oversee hold lot management and send out daily hold lot reports to customers for review and disposition
• Provide disposition of low yield and other hold lots based on customers’ feedback
• Support offline Product Engineers for new product transfer, tester qualification, program correlation and qualification, and DUT interface board qualification prior to releasing them for production
• Support Final Test Hardware Engineers to perform minor to a major repair, troubleshooting, and adjustments of electrical and mechanical parameters of the automated electronic test handlers and probers
• Support Customers & offline Product Engineers for remote debug and online request
• Perform real-time verifications of production lots and evaluation on low-yield lots to determine whether it’s a device, tester, hardware set-up, or test program issue
