Ela Santiago

I worked in five-star hotels for almost 8 years and in those times I developed myself to be more productive, on how to manage my time well, on how to multi-task and on how to correspond with the guest's need in a proper manner & service. I also developed on how to work well and be a team leader to my co-workers and properly maintained on how to respect, cascade tasks & messages to my team in order to meet our goal and contribute success to the company together. 

I have worked as a VIP Host with my previous hotel for almost 5 years and learned on how to deal with different kinds of guests. I also learned on how to properly monitor them with their needs and requests, putting it on our system and discussing their profiles as private within the VIP area only. 

I graduated at St. Scholastica's College with a course of Bachelor in Hotel & Restaurant Management year 2012
