- With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Licensed Mechanical Engineer and Real Estate Appraiser with over 10 years of combined experience in the real estate industry.
- With solid understanding of the factors that affect the market value of real estate, such as location, condition, features, amenities, and trends. I have experience in conducting site visits, inspections, measurements, and surveys to collect and verify data on properties.
