Responsible in the overall management of Store operations. The Store Operations Retail Team Lead is responsible leading the Store operation which involves designing of important policy and strategic decisions to achieve company goals, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Oversee overall store operations and performance.
- Designs important policy, planning, and strategy decisions to ensure unhampered store operations.
- Ensure all stores meets sales target and provide reinforcement to branch to achieve targets
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Consolidates and designs branch operations short term and long term goals
- Present consolidated budget for store operations to support goal achievement
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing for branch operations;
- Submits report and presents reports to management on branch performance including but not limited to sales performance, inventory and other reports required by the management
- Work with other departments to plan and implement branch operation improvements including but not limited to sales, inventory and assets.
- Ensures all legal and regulatory documents are complied
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company through assessment on the key areas of the branch operations.
- Performs other task as required by the management
