My first job in 2003 was a project coordinator in Moldex Real Marketing, Inc., which specialized in business and real estate. Despite the difference between my course in College and my 1st job, I made it a point to apply the most essential factor in generating business and sales in my job, that is, effective communication among colleagues, stakeholders, and clients. As a project coordinator, I provided training assistance to salespersons via site orientation and tripping activities, delivered immediate responses to clients, especially on property inventory, and implemented strict company policies. My major contribution was that I consistently hit my monthly target, which led to my promotion in 2006 as an Assistant Sales Operations Manager in the same company. However, as the saying goes, “all good things must come to an end”. I must say that though my eight years in my 1st first job is like a roller coaster filled with various ups and downs, with a mixture of challenges, happiness, and sweet victories, indeed those are my crucial formative years in my work life that made me who I am today, someone who is always yearning to learn and grow. My other previous jobs in COMGLASCO AG and Dragon Estate Development Corporation for three (3) years from 2011 to 2014, introduced me to new perspective in business, marketing and real estate and that is on-line marketing as a new approach in generating sales wherein traditional “hard selling” of products is not anymore the name of the game but a well-thought strategic planning with the intervention of technology is something to explore at for effective yet economical results. Finally, my learning in real estate increased when I took my licensure exam for real estate brokers to further my expertise in real estate laws and policies in the country. My quest for growth continues to thrive when I was given the chance to work as an Account Officer in the number one bank in the country, BDO Unibank, Inc. last April 01, 2014. As an account officer, success is not just about bringing in many clients in the portfolio but to diligently determine quality ones who will help continue grow the bank’s business. With BDO Home Loan, I was able to practice my being a real estate broker to clients who want to get their dream properties as I provide legal advice on legalities and process on acquiring properties through bank financing. One of the highlights in my career as a banker for more than ten years was when I was awarded as an Outstanding Performance awardee for three consecutive years from 2016 to 2018.

In 2003, I secured a bachelor's degree in Development Communication from a prestigious university in the Philippines, the University of the Philippines in Los Baños, Laguna. After graduation, I was privilege to work in big companies such as Moldex Realty Marketing, Inc., Comglasco AG , Dragon Estate Dev't Corp., and BDO Unibank, Inc. My bachelor's degree helped me in the delivery of expected outputs. In 2013, I attended a review center, a prerequisite before taking up Real Estate Brokerage licensure exam, which I successfully passed. In 2023, I also went to a training center for caregivers, which helped me become knowledgeable in the medical field as well. All the training and learning experiences that I gained from my university and training center taught me to become resilient, quick to adapt, and customer-focused, where I always make a point to bring satisfactory services to my clients of different backgrounds.
