Gillien Hazel Delmonte

I am a recent BS Information Technology graduate from Pasig Catholic College with hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Web Development, and Customer Service. My academic background is complemented by real-world exposure, including a capstone project where I independently designed and developed a comprehensive Asset Management System for the college's ICTC Department. This system integrated asset tracking, QR code scanning, role-based security, and real-time analytics demonstrating my full-stack development, problem-solving, and project management skills.

I also gained valuable industry experience as a Manual QA Tester intern, performing functional and regression testing, logging issues in GitHub, and ensuring cross-platform reliability. My previous roles as a Customer Service Representative and Content Moderator enhanced my active listening, communication, and multitasking abilities, especially in fast-paced BPO environments under US shifts.

Skilled in tools like VS Code, Figma, GitHub, and MySQL, and knowledgeable in languages such as Java, and PHP, I am eager to pursue a role where I can combine my technical expertise and strong communication skills particularly in QA, front-end development, or data-related fields.

I have over 3 years of combined professional experience in the BPO industry and IT field. I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Inspiro and Telus International, assisting US-based clients with account management and issue resolution. I then transitioned to a role as a Content Moderator at Concentrix (Meta account), ensuring adherence to community guidelines through the evaluation of user-generated content.

In April 2025, I completed a Manual QA Testing internship, where I executed test cases, performed regression and functional testing, and logged bugs using GitHub. My hands-on experience also includes leading the development of a full Asset Management System as a capstone project demonstrating skills in full-stack development, database design, UI/UX, and real-world problem solving.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Pasig Catholic College (2024–2025), where I gained strong foundations in software development, database management, UI/UX design, and quality assurance. As part of my academic journey, I led a capstone project developing a full-scale Asset Management System for the school’s ICTC Department, applying practical skills in full-stack development, QR code integration, and system security.

Additionally, I have completed multiple certifications from Meta, Cisco, Google, and IBM covering front-end development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, UX design, and networking.
