My current position is Senior Quality Evaluator in a well-known BPO company in the Philippines. My roles and responsibilities are as follows:

- Monitor, review and evaluate calls to identify key behaviors that drive performance and improve customer experience
- Audit set up calls by the clients that are assigned to our Training and Quality Department and to check for opportunities that will optimize customer relations.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions
- Listen to training calls to take note and compare job descriptions. Make sure we are keeping commitment to our clients by fulfilling their expectations.
- Keeping up with our client's weekly calibration sessions and discusses variances in order to fulfill the desired outcome our clients are expecting to.

I was a former email support specialist, customer service associate, and a debt collection specialist as well. For my VA career, I am trained as an Administrative VA in Virtualswtchr wherein I was trained by experienced VAs from this field that helped me develop more skills and discipline when I have an assigned task to do. I was also part of Amazonation wherein it was a hands-on course that helped me specialized in product research. In this course I also studied the A-Z process in Amazon FBA sellers.
