- Interview patients to complete documents such as medical history and forms such as insurance forms
- Comply and record report and correspondence using a computer and various software programs
- Transmit correspondence and medical records by mail, email and fax
- Schedule and confirm patients’ appointments and medical consultations
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions such as ordering and maintaining office supplies, answering phone calls and forwarding emails
- Maintain medical records and correspondence files
- Work with insurance companies to process claims
- Process invoices, bills and payments
I have an experience in supervising an Agri-vet store in the Philippines, and my roles are the following:
- Perform daily tasks as a supervisor, overseeing the store and employees
- Daily transaction with customers, addressing comments, requests and complaints
- Keep the files, records and receipts (Sales Invoices, Official Receipts and Delivery Receipts)
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays and the general appearance of the store
