I am Jesusa B. Mallare, a licensed Civil Engineer from the Philippines, working as a freelance consultant specializing in the planning and design of urban and rural water supply systems. With over 30 years of professional experience, I have been engaged in the preparation project proposals, feasibility studies, hydraulic modeling, and detailed engineering designs of water supply projects funded by the World Bank, ADB, UN, UNICEF, DANIDA, JICA, IFRC, USAID, and other international agencies.

My extensive experience includes:

Preparation of programmes, project assessments, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering designs of various water supply systems.
Development of operation and maintenance manuals, contracts, and technical specifications.
Bid evaluation, construction management, quality assurance and control.
Monitoring and evaluation of sustainable water supply systems and sanitation facilities in both urban and rural areas, including bulk water supply systems.
