I have worked for local Construction companies here in the Philippines for 6years then move to work virtually to Australian builders since 2014.
I have used various take off softwaresuch as: Bluebeam, Planswift, Cubit and CostX. I am also using various spreadsheet applications, depending on the client/company preference, such as Excel, Google sheets and Databuild.
I am a good team player and can do a project individually or collectively with teamate/s depending on the project size and deadline.
I am aware that there are still other takeoff/bidding software that I haven't tried an am eager to learn, if given a chance.

I became a Licensed Civil Engineer here in the Philippines since 2008 when I passed the board exam right after I graduated from University of Santo Tomas with a degree of BS in Civil Engineering.
