My name is JOCELYN CORTEZ, and I'm 45 years old from La Union.
I earned a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management.  Way back 1996-2002 at sea and Sky College.

I'm a mother of 3. 
20, 14,  and 10  years of age.

I decided to work in the hospitality industry. Because  I enjoy serving customers and interacting with others, as well as the challenges of the job.

MY INTERESTS INCLUDE SEEING GOOD TRUE-LIFE, COMEDY, AND SCIENCE-FICTION FILMS. LISTENING TO INSTRUMENTAL AND SOOTHING MUSIC, SUCH AS LOVE SONGS. SO, WITH THE VIRAL TIKTOK DANCE AND  MUSIC, I ENJOY DANCING WITH MY KIDS IN MY SPARE TIME AS A WAY OF BONDING AND HAVING GOOD TIMES.

My skills include file administration, making phone calls,/ phone etiquette. making hard and soft sales, email management, monitoring, and tracking project updates, time management, organizational skills, and computer skills.

I am familiar with many social media tools, as well as tools for virtual assistants such as Asana, zen desk, slack, zoom, and cloud-sharing applications such as Dropbox and Google Drive.

My past professional experience includes working as a Customer Service representative at CBG for a full year, from November 2021 to November 2022.

At Expertel, we managed a variety of campaigns, including home and Auto insurance, for which you must find a suitable prospect to obtain a quote.

At the same time, we handled the Financial Relief Campaign, in which we called qualified clients who were eligible to receive financial insurance from an accident within the past two years. We will transmit the prospect to our licensed agent once we have gathered all the information.

Working at CBG BPO Company has been an accomplishment for me because I was able to pursue my freelance career from there; I'd use that experience as a stepping stone to advance my career in the world of the BPO sector or industry.
At CBG, we used softphones like the Xlite and Eyebeam, the  Pitch Perfect  audio repeater to cater to our prospects.

I also worked as a D2C in the E-commerce market at Orbio World. Orbio World is a rapidly expanding D2C E-commerce company that is continuously aiming to bring fresh and exciting products to consumers worldwide.

At Orbio World, I learned how to verify the Customer's Tickets of their orders by altering, returning, and refunding them, checking the Order Details/Analyzing the situation, Tracking Details, and Shipping Details - This section contains the information required to ship out the cargo. Update the Freshdesk ticket's Properties tab with the customer's name, phone number, email address, and address. 

Freshdesk was our tool at Orbio World for dealing with various Ticket concerns.

My most recent employment was at 99group, where we handled two accounts, or two websites, Ace99 and EZjili Casino. client Support Specialist responsibilities include handling client concerns or issues with their log-ins, passwords, deposits, and withdrawals by offering solutions and guiding product users through the platform's features and functions.
