I am a self-motivated and progress-driven civil engineer with an extensive background in this industry. With a long-standing record of initiative and innovation, I have developed and executed strategies.

During my tenure as a CXRO engineer, I honed several skills that align perfectly with the objectives of the position. Firstly, I developed a strong technical aptitude through troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems, which has given me a deep understanding of various operational frameworks. Secondly, I gained valuable project management experience by coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, which has equipped me with the skills to manage projects efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment. Finally, I adapted to a customer-centric focus, ensuring that client needs were met with the highest standards of excellence.

Customer Experience & Retail Operations Engineer

• Prepares daily job assignments of technical teams Validates and monitors utilization and usage of materials withdrawn by in-house team and third-party service provider (TPSP) Facilitates 
• Timely submission of accomplished job orders for System Applications Products (SAP) update, materials confirmation, and leak tagging Conducts regular inspection of appurtenances and updates database accordingly Ensures timely resolution and closing of customer service information system (CSIS) issues (i.e. no water, low water pressure, poor water quality) using Microsoft CRM within service level agreement (SLA) 
• Coordinates with local government units (LGUs), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) regarding the implementation of projects/activities Facilitates

• Conducts field inspection and monitors the in-house and contractors' daily activities Supervision of on-going projects and activities

I've finished my degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering last 2019 and I acquired my professional license here in the Philippines last 2022.
