Since graduating with a degree in business economics from the University of the Philippines, my four years of work experience have been an incredible learning journey. With a part of my career spent at Shopee, I delved into the dynamic realm of e-commerce, where I honed my analytical skills and gained a deep understanding of online marketplaces. Transitioning to Uniqlo, a renowned retail brand, provided me with valuable insights into the operations and management of a global fashion company. These experiences nurtured my business acumen, teamwork, and adaptability. Throughout my work experience in customer service, I have had the opportunity to interact with diverse individuals both online and face-to-face, making it an enriching journey. Online, I honed my communication skills by providing prompt and personalized responses to customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering positive relationships. The virtual realm taught me the importance of empathy and adaptability in resolving issues efficiently. Equally, face-to-face encounters allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills, actively listening to customers and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. I pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics at the University of the Philippines from 2014 to 2019. This comprehensive program equipped me with a strong foundation in economic principles, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. Through rigorous coursework and engaging discussions, I developed critical thinking abilities and a deep understanding of business dynamics.
