John Breinard Buendia

I have been teaching ESL for about eleven years. Currently, I teach ESL and Business English to Japanese workers at Bizmates Philippines, Inc. Before, I was an ESL Teacher at a Korean English School, where my students were children and adults. In this industry, I have learned the value of patience in teaching, especially with kids. It has also taught me that students have different personalities and different paces of learning. That said, I need to adapt to different teaching methods in class.

Besides being an English Teacher, I was also a radio deejay, and our medium of communication was English. I worked in the radio industry for more than twenty years. That's why my classes are enjoyable. And I've always believed they learn more when having fun in class.

Lastly, I am also working as a voice talent for advertisements, which is why I pronounce words clearly and correctly.
 

I am now an English trainer at Bizmates Philippines, Inc. where my students were mostly Japanese workers. Before, I taught Korean children and adults. And since I was a former radio DJ, my classes are lively and entertaining. I believe that students learn more when they are having fun.

I finished Nursing at World Citi Colleges and studied Engineering as well at the University of Santo Tomas. I studied at UST High School and I studied primary school at Immaculate Conception Parish School.
